How I and Why I developed this session

​

Apart from my early interest in Astrology, Tarot, and other esoteric tools, I have always been intrigued by how our minds work—specifically the conscious and subconscious. The subconscious mind is a storehouse for all our memories, emotions, beliefs, and ways of thinking throughout our lives. From my perspective, it also serves as the storage space for our energetic blueprint and is where our higher self exists.

As I used these tools to better understand who I was, I realized I had to let go of old, ingrained belief patterns that no longer served me. Understanding my natal chart was a great start, but before I could fully fulfill the mission or opportunities it outlined, I first needed to release what was holding me back. I also needed a way to better leverage the information from the natal chart, the cards, numerology, and more—that’s when I discovered Hypnotherapy.

The type of Hypnotherapy that resonated with me was Strategic Psychotherapy and Clinical Hypnotherapy. This process allowed me to release subconscious beliefs that were limiting me and to embrace the more positive potential of who I truly was.

You might be wondering, “How did it help you?” Well, through hypnotherapy, I was able to address and let go of:

  • Anxiety and Social Anxiety: These kept me from acting on my potential and kept me stuck.
     

  • Low Self-Esteem: This warped my perception of myself. I realized that by addressing this area of life, I wasn't defined by my past. Instead, I had the power to choose who I wanted to become.

 

  • Belief Systems: Throughout our lives, we are taught certain traditions, customs, and ways of thinking. While they are true and valid, they don’t always work for us. For me, these beliefs simply didn’t align because I had a different way of looking at the world.


What I can help you with (but not limited to):

Generalized Anxiety: Anxiety can be a major distraction from growth, as we often project into the future. This can prevent us from taking action and lead to avoidance, keeping us stuck.

​

Low Self-Esteem: Our false beliefs about who we are and what we can become can hinder our ability to take that first step. By understanding our true value and not comparing ourselves to others, we can find purpose and move forward.

​

Procrastination: When we decide to take the first step, we can feel overwhelmed by not knowing how to move forward because of our current circumstances. Understanding that everything has a process and a goal makes procrastination easier to manage.

Addictions: In today’s world, there are countless distractions, making it hard to focus. Learning to not let addictions (such as smartphones or social media) take up your attention is the first step toward growth.

1. Understanding Your Situation + Pretalk

​

  • How you’re currently coping

  • What you hope to gain from this session

​

2. Strategic Psychotherapy

​

  • We will use Strategic Psychotherapy to uncover the negative belief systems that may be holding you back.

  • Where necessary, we will also incorporate other esoteric tools to further explore and address these limiting beliefs.

​

3. Hypnotherapy

​

  • This is where the biggest shifts occur. You will be guided into a trance state using Neo-Ericksonian Hypnosis, a highly effective and non-scripted approach to hypnotherapy.

  • Unlike traditional scripted hypnosis, Neo-Ericksonian Hypnotherapy is indirect and tailored to your subconscious mind, allowing for deeper, more personalized transformation.
